Shashi Mohan is Chief Operating Officer of Local Management. He is a results-driven IT professional with over 25 years of experience in Digital Marketing, IT Strategy, Project, Program and Portfolio Management supporting large and complex IT integrations, organizational business transformation requiring Matrix Management of organizations, and Process and Technology Transformation. Mr. Mohan has decades of experience in the development of strong and sustainable relationships with customers, businesses, and associates at all levels. He has a strategic vision and is skilled in budgeting, project planning, identifying technical solutions, budget forecasting, and mitigating risks. He has worked closely with end users to understand and document business and functional requirements for complex projects. Shashi also has experience working with technical teams across the full software development life cycle, managing on-site and off-site resources. He is a solution-targeted business/IT strategist with global experience in driving operational efficiencies, increasing revenues, developing solutions and directing major Business Transformation initiatives to support mission-critical processes. He has experience in IT operations and professional services consulting in the public and private sectors, including in the insurance, financial services, telecom, utilities, logistics, and retail industries, as well as in government. He divides his time between Florida and Michigan, where he resides with his wife of 21 years, their son, and Border Collie.
